Obviously, we at Boomi are big believers in the cloud and think more companies, especially large enterprises, will embrace cloud computing this year and see an easily-apparent return on investment, but what do you think? Cloud computing is becoming one of the next industry buzz words.It refers to the provision of computational resources on demand via a computer network, such as applications, databases, file services, email, etc.

It seems like a number of people are down on “cloud computing” this week – questioning what “cloud computing” really means, if it’s more hype than substance and whether it’s as safe and effective as advertised. Obviously, we at Boomi are big believers in the cloud and think more companies, especially large enterprises, will embrace cloud computing this year and see an easily-apparent return on investment, but what do you think?
