This year’s Dreamforce event was bigger than ever, and chock full of useful information to help Salesforce users improve their business processes.
Now that we’re a few months removed from Dreamforce, let’s reflect on some of the key learnings related to cloud integration. For us, they include:
- If a company is using Salesforce, they inherently understand the value of cloud-based applications, and they’re probably using more than one application to enable their business processes.
- Companies that use more than one application have a need for scalable integration at some point in their growth curve.
- The need for a centralized view of all customer records is often a key driver for integration.
- Successful companies are rapidly adopting cloud integration.
Dell Boomi and some of our customers were proud to deliver break-out session presentations at Dreamforce ’12 that address the integration needs of Salesforce users. Links to recordings of those sessions, and of one delivered by Salesforce, are posted below.
