With the appointments of Dell Boomi’s first chief operating officer (COO) Christopher Port, and first chief marketing officer (CMO) Amede Hungerford, Dell Boomi reinforces its commitment to support growing global demand for its cloud-based solutions for integration platform as a service (iPaaS) market, API management, and master data management (MDM).

Christopher Port has been a long-time key contributor at Dell, most recently serving as GM within Dell Software’s systems management group. Previously, he was director within Dell’s corporate
strategy group where he led the acquisition of Dell Boomi in 2011 and was responsible for Dell Boomi’s post-acquisition integration and growth. In his new role as Dell Boomi’s first COO, Port looks forward to helping Dell Boomi through its next phase of growth and positioning the company as the key enabler of a cloud-based world.
Amede brings more than two decades of experience in driving growth and innovation strategies across the enterprise market to his new position as Dell Boomi’s first CMO. Prior to joining Dell Boomi, Amede served as NetSuite’s vice president of global marketing where he was instrumental in the Cloud ERP company’s explosive growth. He has also held senior marketing leadership positions at Intuit, FICO, Sybase, and Hewlett Packard Company. Having come from another fast-growing SaaS leader, Amede is ready to
similarly scale Dell Boomi’s marketing team and create high-impact marketing programs that convey Dell Boomi’s story globally.
